This evaluation was designed to meet the documentation requirements of your college for disability accommodation. If you are experiencing AD/HD or learning disabilities, you may need additional time to finish you tests, a quiet place to take the test, or a copy of class notes. Your university website should have a section for how to qualify for disability accommodation. We have included the tests that most universities require in the College Student Evaluation in order to help you be a success at school. The evaluation includes assessment of intellectual, or cognitive, functioning, academic achievement in the areas of language, reading, writing, and math, and a variety of attention measures.
